About Me
I am Sohini Das, an ICF-certified Career & Leadership Coach with 16+ years of experience in building and nurturing brands, businesses and teams across some of the world’s biggest organisations.
I’ve worked with brands like Coca-Cola, P&G, Nestlé and spent years in leading global advertising networks like Leo, Ogilvy and FCB, responsible for strategy, leadership and business growth.
Along the way, I’ve shaped billion-dollar brands, created award-winning campaigns and worked closely with senior leadership in rooms where careers are shaped.
Promotions, restructures, leadership transitions, career pivots. I have seen it all.
Today, I bring that senior corporate leadership experience along with rigorous ICF coach training to support ambitious professionals at career crossroads, who are looking to grow or make a change in their careers.
